Return Process

  Package Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our technicians verify the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
